As a consortium member, our company is participating in the execution of the project “Provision of Technical Documentation Services and Reconstruction Works for Part of the Technical and Technological Unit of Phase 2 of the Central Building of the University Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade – Phase 2B.”
This represents one of the most significant healthcare infrastructure projects in the Republic of Serbia. Its completion will finalize the Central Building of the University Clinical Center of Serbia, marking the successful culmination of a multi-year modernization process for this institution of national importance.
The total scope of work encompasses approximately 35,930 m², of which 34,510 m² is dedicated to the reconstruction of part of the Central Building—specifically the Polyclinic area and the existing inpatient facility—while 1,420 m² accounts for the completion of two atriums.
Within the scope of this project, our company is responsible for executing specialized architectural and finishing works. This includes high-quality interior fit-out and finishing works using advanced materials, modern technologies, and standards specific to medical and healthcare facilities.
The execution of these works demands a high level of expertise, precision, and seamless coordination with all project stakeholders to ensure maximum functionality, safety, and quality for spaces dedicated to healthcare provision.
The agreed project duration is 24 months.
